Order of the Arrow ceremonialists, on a limited basis, are available to help make your Arrow of Light and Crossover ceremonies especially memorable for your Webelos. Request an Order of the Arrow ceremony team to come to your Crossover & Arrow of Light Ceremony. The Order of the Arrow, Quanasita Chapter, serving Del-Mi District would be honored to help make your Webelos Scouts’ Arrow of Light and/or Crossover ceremonies especially memorable. Most Packs have these ceremonies performed at their Blue and Gold Banquet, but they can also be done at a Pack meeting or other event. Our goal is to serve your Pack and Scouting by delivering a quality performance. To request your Pack’s ceremonies please go to the link below and fill out the form. The adult advisers of the Order of the Arrow will be in contact with you. Order of the Arrow Ceremony Team Request Form Please be understanding that requesting a ceremony by the Order of the Arrow is not a guarantee that we will have a team available for you. Our ceremony teams are made of up of junior and high school students. Many of these young men do not yet drive and are dependent on parents to transport them and most of these young men are very active in Boy Scouts and also active in other extracurricular activities. Additionally, most packs want to have these ceremonies during a very short timeline January through March on the same weekends. There are times when a ceremony team is not available or we don’t have enough ceremony teams. You are encouraged to Google “Crossover Ceremony” and “Arrow of Light Ceremony” and search for a ceremony that adult leaders in your pack and adult leaders in the troops your Webelos are crossing over to may present to your Webelos. There are many wonderful ceremonies available to you. We will do everything we can to provide you with a ceremony team. However, since our young men who do the ceremonies are volunteers and lead active lives we cannot guarantee you a team. However, we will advise you at least two weeks before your requested ceremony whether we have a ceremony team committed for your event. If you have questions, please email or call the Quanasita Chapter Associate Adviser of Ceremonies, Jim Fisher, at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it or (317) 407-6120.
