Journey to Excellence, the new performance recognition program, changes the basic way we measure and recognize success in the Boy Scouts of America by moving away from measuring process and moving to measuring performance. Councils, districts and units may achieve reach one of three recognition levels in the program--bronze, silver and gold.  Del-Mi District strives to achieve the gold recognition level and encourages all units to do the same.

To help track our progress, we will regularly upload a dashboard to allow all volunteers to see how the district is progressing. After the last business day of each month, a final report will be uploaded and will replace any interim reports from that month that were previously posted.
