Once you have logged into the site, a new menu appears called user menu beneath the main menu.  You will see a link entitled “Submit News,” click this to be taken to a page where you can add newsworthy content to the site.  The following fields need to be filled out:

News articles must be approved by a site moderator before they will be posted on the site.  This process will take one or two days.

We encourage every unit to submit at least two news articles each year.  For Boy Scout Troops and Venturing Crews, this would be an excellent project for Scribes/Historians/Secretaries to work on.  In the very near future, we will begin to send out a monthly e-newsletter, and we would love to include information about your unit in it.
