Troop Elections
The Order of the Arrow is the National Honor Society of Boy Scouts of America, and is the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service. New members are inducted each year. The induction process begins with a Unit Election of qualified Scouts, and those elected by their fellow Scouts must complete a weekend-long Ordeal to become Arrowmen.
The Del-Mi District is part of the Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America. We serve over 4,000 youth and adult volunteers in Hamilton and Tipton counties in Central Indiana. We are proud to have a long and rich history of tirelessly serving the youth in these counties. With an eye on growth and continuous improvement, the district leadership and volunteers are dedicated to building stronger units, so that the Scouts and Scouters of the Del-Mi District may realize their Ideal Year of Scouting.
