Brief Bio.

Nat is an Eagle Scout and spent over 10 years as a youth in the Scouting program in the Del-Mi District. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelors in Environmental Communications and Interpretation.  When one of his former Scout leaders encouraged him to apply for a professional Scouter position, he jumped at the chance to give back to the organization that gave him so much.  He and his wife, Janice, live in Lawrence just outside of Fort Harrison State Park.

Areas of Responsibility

Nat is the lead professional of the Del-Mi District.  He manages the two district executives assigned to the district and works with the district's volunteer leadership on strategic relationships.  He also serves as second point of contact for units in the district if their district executive (Bryan Roesler, Nick Duvall) is not available due to training or vacation schedules.
