Troop Elections Print E-mail
The Order of the Arrow is Scouting's National Honor Society, and is the Brotherhood of Cheerful Service.  New members are inducted each year.  The induction process begins with a Unit Election of qualified Scouts, and those elected by their fellow Scouts must complete a weekend-long Ordeal to become Arrowmen.  We encourage each Boy Scout Troop to schedule a Unit Election between December 1 and March 1.
